Got a question about our dog walking or pet services? See below a selection of common questions our customers ask.

Paces and Paws are fully insured, CRB checked and we also hold a full first aid certificate for dogs, cats and small animals which can all be shown on request.

All services will have an arranged meet and greet with the owners so we can specify you and your animal’s needs, fill in the necessary paperwork and collect keys if you are happy.

You can trust Paces and Paws with your animals and leave them safe with us in the knowledge that they will be looked after as if they were our own, we understand how hard it is to leave our fur babies with a completely stranger and we will do our up most to help you feel at ease in whatever way possible.

You will need to pay your fee’s on booking in or two days before your services start.

Paces and Paws are very flexible with hours to tailor your needs for dog walking, pet sitting and pet visits please just ask in our contact us page.

For dog walking and pet visits we would ask all our existing clients to book for there week ahead on the Saturday before, we will do our up most to make sure you have a space if it is a last minute decision. For pet sitting we would ask for as much notice as you can being a week minimum.

Paces and Paws try to be as flexible as we can with areas.

Our maximum group walks is 6 dogs at a time.

Paces and Paws offer our services to all types of breeds and sizes however we are unable to accept any dogs with an aggressive manor towards humans or are registered under the Dangerous Dog Act.

Paces and Paws have a van using various sized dog crates so that your dog or animal feels at ease while travelling to and from the dog walks or other services.
